The company
The short version
TR Lawn & Tree does tree removal, trimming, stump grinding, storm work, grounds maintenance and land clearing across Brevard County from a base in Cocoa.
The work runs on equipment the company owns: a 62ft Imer boom lift, a grapple truck, a giant mini loader, large and small stump grinders and a tractor. Debris is hauled or mulched, never burned.

In customers' words
What people say about Tim and the crew
“We have had TR Lawn working with us in our yard and our trees for 5 years. They maintain two large live oaks for us and have done two major yard renovations for us, to include a re-grade and sod and a new layout for a path/garden and fire pit area. They’ve always done amazing work- there’s a reason my first call is to Tim anytime I ‘have an idea.’”
“Tim and his crew did a great job trimming a big oak tree and palm trees I have around our property. I’m very happy with their work. Anyone looking for Lawn and Tree services give Tim a call!”
The equipment
The fleet behind the company

62ft Imer boom lift
- On the job
- Puts the saw at the top of the tree without anyone climbing it.
- Why it matters
- Dead, split or storm-loosened wood is not climbed. The lift reaches over roofs, cages and fences from the driveway.

Grapple truck
- On the job
- Lifts trunk sections and whole crowns off whatever they landed on and swings them straight into the truck.
- Why it matters
- The debris leaves with us the same visit, so there is no pile at the curb and nothing to burn.

Giant mini loader
- On the job
- Carries wood and brush out through a side gate or across a lawn on tracks.
- Why it matters
- It fits where a truck cannot and spreads its weight, which is what keeps turf and pavers whole.

Stump grinders, large and small
- On the job
- The large grinder handles big oak and palm stumps. The small one is for backyards and tight access.
- Why it matters
- Two sizes means the right machine for the access, not the one that happens to be on the truck.

Tractor with rotary cutter
- On the job
- Mows brush, palmetto and overgrowth to the ground across acreage, fence lines and easements.
- Why it matters
- The tractor covers ground a mower never will and leaves a lot that can be mowed again next season.
